Les personnes contactées ne m’apportent aucune solution concrète. J’ai appelé le service de recouvrement ; une personne devait me recontacter depuis le 11 février, mais je suis toujours dans l’attente de son appel. À ce jour, je continue de les solliciter, mais personne ne répond : la ligne est occupée ou ne fonctionne pas. Je déplore également le manque de professionnalisme des personnes concernées. J’ai appris l’existence du problème lié au chèque par moi-même, en consultant les mouvements de mon compte bancaire et en constatant les frais liés au rejet, débités depuis le 16 janvier. Aucune personne de RCI Finance ne m’a contactée depuis le 17 décembre, date à laquelle j’ai déposé le chèque en main propre. Je précise que je me suis déplacée spécialement à cet effet, n’habitant pas à Casablanca.
